Dictionary says— if you stress a point in a discussion you put extra emphasis on it because you think it is more important.
So when you are in stress you are putting up some extra emphasis on something which is very important for you e.g. when you are going to perform a job in your daily life with perfectness, you put some stress on it and then you produce the best results, and this may be the same in almost every field of your life—-

And when you put an extra stress to something which is not of much importance, and which is not according to the laws of universe, then it causes some worries and fears…

BAD FOR YOU— A NEGATIVE STRESS

—take out some time daily exclusively for you from your daily routine, it may be as small as 15 to 30 minutes.
–indulge yourself in a hobby by doing which you feel immensely happy and say—“Aaha this is the thing I want to do.”
—put all your creative thoughts into that in those few minutes or hours

 
B. BELIEVE IN THA LAW OF ATTRACTION—
—as is said, “As you sow, so shall you reap,” this is the ultimate and practical principle. Our body is just like a human transmission tower, every thought you are thinking is going to the universe and by the law of attraction you will be getting all the things back which you are thinking continuously by heart. So it’s your choice what do you want, a negative or positive stress.
—Start recalling all the happy events and moments of your past life and start thinking deeply all the happy and good things you want in your life and start feeling that all those good moments are already with you-and you will start getting all those good things with this positive stress.

 
C. LIVE YOUR LIFE—
